Bank of India has informed that 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the Bank will be held on July 14, 2010, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To discuss, approve and adopt the Balance Sheet of the Bank as at March 31, 2010, Profit and Loss Account of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2010. Report of the
Board of Directors on the working and activities of the Bank for the period covered by the
Accounts and the Auditors Report on the Balance Sheet and Accounts.
2. To declare the final Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial year 2009-2010.
