Aurionpro Solutions has secured its board’s nod for the scheme of arrangement between the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries viz, E2E Infotech (India) and SENA Systems.
The said scheme provides for merger of E2E Infotech (India) and SENA Systems with the company.
Recently, the company signed a global partner agreement through E2E Infotech with CameronTec, the financial industry’s leading provider of FIX infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
