AGM Of Uco Bank Is On July 12 (25-Jun-2010)
UCO Bank has informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the Bank will be held on July 12, 2010, inter alia, to consider declaration of dividend @ Rs. 1.50 per share.
Further the Bank has informed that, the date of payment of dividend will be on July 16, 2010, if approved by the shareholders at the above meeting.
